Return Policy

We appreciate that buying such a personal item online can be difficult. Please contact us if you have questions or require assistance prior to purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Primalluxe Design purchase we can provide an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are possible based on availability and must be equal to, or above the original purchase amount. For all returns please include a prepaid express courier bag with the signature on delivery option. 

All items returned must be unworn and undamaged in the original Primalluxe Design packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. Please note that Primalluxe Design cannot refund delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on exchanged items. 

To arrange a return please email info@primalluxedesign.com quoting your name, address, details of the faulty product, a photo, and whether you require a an exchange or replacement.

Please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any item returned after the stated time period will not be refunded.

Please be aware Primalluxe Design is not in any way liable for general wear and tear; accidental damage including scratches, dents or marks to any metal surface.
