Please take note that by visiting and using our website and purchasing from us, you are accepting and consenting to our Terms & Conditions as stated herein. Primalluxe Design may modify the following Terms & Conditions from time to time and your continued use of our website and services shall signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. 


When creating a customer account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information as indicated. Please ensure that all information entered is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. In the event of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately. We will not be liable for any of your losses due to any unauthorised use of your account.

Pricing Policy

All prices stated on our website are in United States Dollar USD. All payments are made in U.S Dollar.

Prices stated on our website are inclusive of shipping as stated in the check out process. For International customers please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

Orders & Delivery

All merchandise is sold on a first pay basis and is subject to acceptance and availability. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not secure until payment is successfully processed, and may be purchased by other customers.

Your order is only complete when we have dispatched your order. Please note that before your order’s completion, there may be changes in your order due to factors such as stock discrepancies and unavailability.

We aim to process all regular orders within 3 working days from the receipt of your order confirmation and payment, and delivery will be approximately 30 days due to the item being made-to-order. We are not liable for any delay in the delivery of your order caused by the postal service or destination customs inspection and clearance. 

All orders made with Primalluxe Design are dispatched via registered mail and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. In the event that the order is returned to us due to error in delivery information as provided by the customer, or failure to collect within the stipulated timeframe as indicated by the postal service, a redelivery fee of the original postage charge (not the flat rate charge) is chargeable and payable by the customer. 

In the rare occurrence that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, we will take each case into deliberation and proceed further with investigation with the involved postal service provider.

Defective Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if there is a handcrafting fault. Please note that items that are damaged when they arrive, or as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please note that we can only replace it for the same product or exchange it for another product with the same or above the original price value, subject to availability.

Due to organic handmade processes, please note that jewellery may have a 0.5 mm - 2 mm difference in measurements from the actual stated sizing measurements provided on the website. Please note that this difference cannot be considered as a defect or fault.

Colour Accuracy

Here at Primalluxe Design, we put in the extra effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Due to altered studio lighting, colors may appear differently. Please note that colors may also appear differently due to the calibration of your computer monitor. As each piece is handcrafted, colors and details may vary and this variance cannot be considered as a defect or fault.
